Why Worry is an all steel, 38′ cruiser Stern Narrowboat built in 1980 by Teddesley Boat Builders. Propulsion is provided by an air-cooled Lister Diesel engine with LH150 hydraulic gearbox. Over the past year she has undergone much re-fitting and improvement and now features a fixed bedroom and in the popular reverse layout. The large cruiser stern provides a social exterior area and the steel wrap around stern makes it ideal for if there are young children or animals onboard. As you step into the cabin from the stern you enter the cosy living area. This has bench seating on either side that offer a good amount of storage space underneath. A nice solid fuel stove is fitted for those harsh winter months. As you make your way forward, next is the bathroom area. To the starboard side is a small hip bath with shower while to the port side is the cubicle that houses the porta potti cassette toilet and handbasin. The cubicle doors open up to merge the 2 sides into one almost creating a walkthrough bathroom. Next is a compact galley area housing a gas 2 burner hob and grill, fridge, stainless inset sink/drainer and a handy amount of cupboard storage space and worktop area. At the front of the cabin is the bedroom with a freestanding double bed and TV. Bow doors then lead out onto the large front well deck.
