69' Cruiser Stern 1996 - a light bright and airy boat ideal as a liveaboard for a family or holidays - she is in the process of being repainted as we speak in classic midnight blue, red and cream.
As you can see from the pictures she is well cared for and has been my home for the last few years but I am moving location hence why shes up for sale.
She has had a New Isuzu 4lc38 Diesel Engine in 2003 with Prm 159 Gearbox, with 7 lesiure/1 starter battery.The Electrics were upgraded by Ace electrics in 2007, it has a alternator battery charger, Galvanic isolator so no need for anodes, a 3.5 Sterling Inverter Charger installed and has 12v/240v Shoreline. New water pump installed in 2007 and shower pump in 2008.
Hull 10/6/4 steel and in sound condition. Her BSC is valid until 2011 and her hull has just been blacked in March 2008.
The main cabin has been redesigned in 2007 to a standard layout :-
with aft double bedroom - bathroom with hip bath and mira shower, pump out toilet and standard sink .
Alde boiler feeds central heating and hot water.
Dining Area that converts to a double bedroom or single bed and ideal as a study area.
New BQ kitchen in 2007 - white satin doors with chrome handles - fully tiled in black & white with black granite effect worktop and black ceramic floor tiles - stainless steel effect accessories with new Beko silver washer, new Caprice MkII cooker in black and silver, new microwave and new fridge.
Two Side Hatches.
Main cabin 18' with freestanding furniture and Stovax coal/wood burner stove.
Plenty of storage, cupboards two wardrobes, wet locker, tool locker.
Tonge and groove wood work throughout with brass fittings.
Flooring Laminate through main cabin - ceramic tiles in kitchen, white tiles and chrome accessories in bathroom.
Exterior - new cratch and cover in 2007 in navy blue by Kens Covers with rear cruiser cover and dodger cover to match.Cratch has seating area with storage below.
Plus usual accessories, fire extinguishers etc.
Possible mooring available.
An ideal liveaboard that has been a good home but circumstances have changed.

Two Hoots is a 62 foot luxury narrowboat built by Crown Narrowboats Ltd. and is the sister boat of the 2003 IWA National award winner for best professional fit out.
Built in 2005 (launched June) for a private customer to the same high specification and design. Unforseen circumstances allowed Crown to purchase the boat and over the past two years have used it as a demonstrator boat.
It has been upgraded with new soft furnishings, blinds, extra storage cupboards,upgraded bookshelves / display cabinets and new 23 free view flat screen TV in a custom built surround. A new matched dvd player and a satellite TV system compliment the upgrade. Leather reclining chairs and foot stools are also included with the sale.
The boat has been meticulously maintained and is in as new condition ready for new ownership with all the features necessary for either holidays / extended cruising or as a 24/7 live aboard boat
The spacious accomodation is primarily designed for 2 people with facilities for visiting guests by way of the dining area converting to a second double bed.
Ash bead and butt T&G with Ash ply and solid Ash trims give the boat a light and airy feel to it. The open design makes it a very social boat which is further enhanced by the larger than usual Trad sliding hatch, when combined with the stern Taff seats 3 adults can cruise comfortably together with the steerer/helmsman/woman.
This boat is packed with most of the features available when ordering a new boat, as one surveyor said about this boat I have seen all the items before, just not on the same boat!
The boat was dry docked in April this year for hull blacking.
All that said looking at the other quality boats available on this site many fall short on specification compared to Two Hoots, Mastervolt 2000/100 combi coupled with a 3.5KW Travel power unit means this boat is not only self sufficient but the ideal luxury live aboard with the included washer dryer.
